"Micron Agro" is a large online store and provider of professional equipment for farmers and businesses engaged in cattle breeding. The product range includes high-tech systems for milking, care, livestock housing, and other specialized parts. At the baseline, the project already had initial traffic and a history in the niche.

Despite having organic traffic, the company faced a chaotic lead processing workflow. The lack of full automation hindered B2B sales. Furthermore, the potential of Google Shopping, the most effective tool for e-commerce, was left untapped, and the role of SEO was not synchronized with the overall sales funnel.

Niche Specifics:

  • Narrow and Specific Audience: The clients are professional farms and agricultural enterprises. There are no spontaneous purchases here—every average check is high, and the equipment is selected based on exact technical parameters.
  • Complex Attribution Model: SEO in this niche rarely closes a deal "here and now." It acts as the first touchpoint—building trust when an agronomist or purchasing manager looks for a solution to a problem, while the user converts through other channels later on.

Client task

  1. Establish end-to-end lead generation: attract hot commercial B2B traffic and convert it into sales.
  2. Full Process Automation: the client wanted all requests from the website to automatically transform into ready orders within the system without manual transfer.
  3. Optimize the SEO strategy for the actual attribution model (focusing on the first touchpoint) and launch high-performing Google Shopping campaigns.

What we did

We approached the project comprehensively, combining technical management, search engine optimization, and performance marketing:

  • Automation & Technical Support: We did not develop the code ourselves but acted as the process architects. We drafted detailed technical specifications for the integration, found reliable specialized contractors, coordinated the partner team, and successfully implemented full automation, thanks to which every request from the website instantly flows into the CRM as a generated order.

  • Google Shopping Launch (Core Hypothesis): We hypothesized that for an agricultural store, Google Shopping product ads would deliver the best results due to flexible settings and low-cost transitions. We built and optimized the product feed, set up precise conversion tracking, and launched shopping campaigns, securing a stream of "hot" B2B inquiries at a low cost-per-click (CPC).
  • Relaunching SEO for the Attribution Model: We reoriented search engine optimization to capture informational and commercial traffic for highly specific queries (milking equipment, etc.). The website became the primary point of first contact between the customer and the brand on Google.

Results

Thanks to the synergy of SEO, contextual advertising, and business process automation, the following results were achieved during the working period:

Conclusions

The "MicronAgro" case study proves that success in complex, narrow B2B niches lies at the intersection of marketing and technology. SEO alone or advertising alone will not yield maximum impact if order processing is flawed. The launch of Google Shopping fully validated the hypothesis regarding low-cost and high-converting traffic for e-commerce, while the role of SEO as a "first touchpoint" helped warm up a cold agricultural audience. Technical funnel automation freed the client from routine tasks, turning the online store into an autonomous sales system.
